Stage of Tour of Italy 2012: Treviso – Alpe di Pampeago

WHAT:

We managed the organizational details and collateral activities for the Treviso stage of the Giro d’Italia, or  Tour of Italy, which included points of historical and natural interest, hotels, restaurants and businesses.

AUDIENCE:

City residents, cycling fans, journalists, TV viewers of the Tour, journalists and institutions.

TARGET:

Maximize visibility and positive returns for Pinarello, which was entrusted with the stage.

OUR IDEA:

Organizing a stage of the Tour of Italy means reconciling very different subjects, often with conflicting needs. A complex mediation operation is required to ensure that “everyone is satisfied”: the cyclists, the television networks, the on-site spectators and the television audience. Everyone must see a smooth-running show, without ever imagining the complex machinery behind the scenes.
